Payment Policy
- Local currency (Reils) are highly recommend and follow up the global exchange rate
- US dollars & Euro Notes are accepted
- US dollar and Khmer Riels are available at any ATM margin around Cambodia
- US dollars Note will not be accepted if it Torn or Damaged Money
- Old USD notes before 2006 are not accepted in Cambodia
- For payment online by Credit Cards will be 10% extra charge
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the tour experience for a 90% refund.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour experience’s start time, all the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes or amendment made less than 24 hours before the tour experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Operation of times are based on the tour experience’s local time.
- If you canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a 90% refund.
