TOUR ITINERARY:


DAY 1: ROLUOS GROUP AND GRAND CIRCUIT TEMPLES TOURS

What to see & do: Preah Ko – Bakong – Pre Rup – East Mebon – Ta Som – Neak Pean – Preah Khan


Morning: 8.30AM or your preferable timing, meet your local tour guide / driver at the hotel lobby then escort to by the temple ticket for full day excursion to see the Pre-Angkorian and in grand circuit temples.

After purchased the ticket, we drive straight to the east of Siem Reap to see the Pre-Angkorian temples of Preah Ko temple the six brick towers arranged in two rows of three towers each perched on a sandstone platform and Bakong temple the first temple mountain of sandstone constructed, it took shape of stepped pyramid and has five levels and its base is 65 by 67 meters. Afterward we driver cross local village and rice paddy to see more temples in Angkor complex such as: Pre Rup the Hindu mountain temple, combined of brick, laterite and sandstone construction, this reflects the common belief among Cambodians that funerals were conducted at the temple

Afternoon: 12.30PM relax and enjoy your lunch at local restaurant near the temples then continue to see.

East Mebon this temple combination of sandstone, brick, laterite and stucco, temple stands on what was an artificial island at the center of the now dry up East Baray Reservoir. Ta Som the temple with beautiful trees and other vegetation growing the east entrance gate. Neak Pean the temple Originally designed for medical purposes (the ancients believed that going into these pools would balance the elements in the bather, thus curing disease). Preah Khan the temple has been left largely unrestored, with numerous huge trees and other vegetation growing among the ruins. Back to your hotel.

Evening Activities: Highly recommend you to have dinner with Cambodia traditional shows at Kulen II restaurant (12$ per person for dinner + shows which start from 6:30pm to 8:45pm). Please tell us if you want and then we can help you to book front seat for you. Back to your hotel or night market. Overnight in Siem Reap.

 

DAY 2: SUNRISE AT ANGKOR WAT AND MAIN TEMPLES IN SMALL CIRCUIT TOUR

What to see & do: Sunsire – Angkor Wat – South gate of Angkor Thom – Bayon – Walk on Angkor Thom Wall – Ta Prohm


Morning: 4.30AM Pick up from hotel or your preferable timing, please ask your hotel to prepare a breakfast box for you. We will find a suitable place nearby the Angkor Wat temple for you for having breakfast.

We arrived Angkor Wat in dark time and waiting for watching the Sun Rise slowly behind the monumental temple to provide the most stunning of silhouettes. even in the wet season, this is a magical time to see sunrise of Angkor wat. After the temple bright up we continue to unlock the mystery of Angkor Wat, the largest religious monument in the world and at the top of the high classical style of Khmer architecture. Then the unlike most Angkorian temples, Ta Prohm is in much the same condition in which it was found, the photogenic and atmospheric combination of trees growing out of the ruins and the jungle surroundings have made it one of Angkor’s most popular temples with visitors.

Afternoon: 12.30PM relax and enjoy your lunch at local restaurant near the temples then continue to see.

After we arrived the monumental gate of Angkor Thom City we walk (500m) along path on the Wall from the Victory Gate to the Bayon the most distinctive feature is the multitude of serene and smiling stone faces on the many towers which just out from the upper terrace and cluster around its central peak. The temple is known also for two impressive sets of bas-reliefs, which present an unusual combination of mythological, historical, and mundane scenes. Lastly South Gate of Angkor Thom now become the most often visited, as it is the main entrance to the city of Angkor Thom,  Along with a bridge flanked by statues of 54 gods and 54 demons, each carry the body of seven-headed. Back to your hotel.

Evening Activities: visit to Old Market / Night Market the your free leisure.

 

DAY 3: BANTEAY SREI AND KULEN MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK TOUR

What to see & do: Bakong – Pre Ko – Boat Cruise on Tonle Sap – Kampong Phluk (Stilt-Houses village) –  City Tour


Morning: 8.00AM or your preferable timing, your  local tour guide / driver will pick up from your hotel for trekking adventure on Kulen Mountain Waterfall and the beautiful pink sandstone of Banteay Srei temple.

We drive to northern part of Siem Reap to visit National Park, on the way we stop to see the most beautiful and details carving of Bnteay Srie, the temple was built largely of pink sandstone, a medium that lends itself to the elaborate decorative wall carvings which are still observable today. These factors have made the temple extremely popular with tourists, and have led to its being widely praised as a “precious gem“, or the “jewel of Khmer art. Then continue explore Kulen Mountain National Park, 10:30am to get up to the top of the mountain to to see the several thousand Lingas carved on the river bed, your expert guide will tell the story. Continue to witness the Reclining Buddha which carved out of a huge rock in 16th century, and then enjoy your walking along the top of mountain to the Waterfall, time to enjoy your swimming at the clear and cool water’s pool.

Afternoon: 13.30PM relax and enjoy your lunch at local restaurant on the mountain and the river.

We make our way back to Siem Reap. Relax on your A/C vehicle while enjoying nice views. “Trip to Phnom Kulen Mountain Waterfall will make you a memorable, which you will remember for a lifetime“. Return to Siem Reap in late afternoon.

DAY 4: BOAT CRUISE ON TONLE SAP LAKE TO SEE KAMPONG PHLUK FISHING VILLAGE AND CITY TOUR

What to see & do: Boat Cruise on Tonle Sap – Kampong Phluk (Stilt-Houses and Fishing village) –  City Tour


Morning: 8.30AM or your preferable timing, your  local tour guide / driver will pick up from your hotel for boat cruise to see daily life on Kampong Phluk stilt-house village and Tonle Sap great lake include Siem Reap city tour.

We drive to Tonle Sap Lake, along the way you will see villages, rice paddies and Cambodians going about their daily routine of farming and fishing. Arrived boat station jump to the traditional motor boat for cruising around to see the Kampong Phluk Stilt-Houses and Fishing community and flooded forests on Tonle Sap the largest fresh water lake in southeast Asia,

Afternoon: 12.30PM relax and enjoy your lunch at local restaurant then transfer to your hotel for refreshing. At 15.30pm pick up from your hotel for city tour.

We learn a little bit of Cambodian culture and the Religious faith of the local people at the main sacred shrine of Lok Yeay Tep and Preah Ang Chep, Preah Angkor Chom near King Summer House and then Wat Preah Prom Rath (The Buddhist Monastery), back to your hotel.

REMARK:


  • Please dress properly for visiting temples. If you wear shorts and T-shirts,make sure they are long enough to be knee length and shoulder covered. No scarf or shawl and tank top are allowed.
  • We would like to suggest you to wear the light cotton clothes because of hot and humid.Excepted 3 months such as November, December and January is nice weather.
  • In case, please take camera re-charger with you when we have lunch you can recharge it.
  • In Cambodia you needn’t to change your money. US Dollar is acceptable everywhere. And even you withdraw your money from ATM it is in US dollar.
